First, all original or custom commissions are final and cannot be returned or refunded as they are specific 1 of 1s that cannot be replicated.

In regard to international shipping, please allow 2-3 business weeks for originals and custom commissions. For prints, allow 7-10 business days. If you have any enquiries about timing, please don’t be afraid to reach out, that’s what we’re here for. (Trust me, we know the feeling of constantly checking on your package, so give us your grace.)

For custom commissions, a 50% deposit is required upfront before starting. This takes into account materials, initial designs and developments that take place to ensure the artwork is exactly how you envisioned it.
